Refunds and Cancellations
Personalised Products
Because personalised and made-to-order products are created specifically for you, they cannot normally be cancelled, returned or refunded simply because you change your mind once production has begun.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible so that I can put things right.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Non-Personalised Products
For eligible non-personalised products purchased through spottynstripy.co.uk, you may have a legal right to cancel your order and return the item within the applicable cancellation period.
Please contact me if you would like to arrange a return. Items should be returned in their original condition unless they are faulty.
Content Creation Services
Due to the nature of digital and creative services:
• Content creation services are non-refundable once work has commenced
• One-off packages cannot normally be cancelled once filming guidance or content planning has been delivered
• If you believe there is an issue with the service provided, please contact me within 14 days so I can review the issue and resolve it where possible
