Refunds and Cancellations – Content Creation Services
Due to the nature of digital and creative services:
• All content creation services are non-refundable once work has commenced
• One-off packages cannot be cancelled after filming guidance or content planning has been delivered
• If you believe there is an issue with the service provided, please contact me within 14 days so I can review and resolve it where possible
